1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing or using the 739jl Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 739jl Platform and close your account if one has been created.

1.3 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 739jl with respect to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the 739jl Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. The 739jl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use the 739jl Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 739jl or its affiliated companies;
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.4 739jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 739jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 739jl shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 739jl login credentials. You agree to notify 739jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 739jl shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. 739jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 739jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 739jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 739jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 739jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts may receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 739jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation or KYC review.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal. Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly and must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 739jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder. 739jl may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 739jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions. 739jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means.

5.4 739jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the 739jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures that have been independently verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot games.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 739jl's records shall be the final authority on the outcome of any wager. 739jl shall not be liable for any loss resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 739jl reserves the right to void any wager that was placed or settled in error, including wagers placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 739jl Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud and identity fraud;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates applicable AML regulations;
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or its infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 739jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and user interface elements, is the property of 739jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 739jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 739jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 739jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 739jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.3 739jl operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
